Delegate Nestor moved to amend the amendment on page 1, line 15 by inserting a new paragraph, to read as follows:

“(A) A participant who is convicted of any prohibited act set forth under W.Va. Code 60A-4-401 et seq. after treatment has commenced, is thereafter ineligible to receive any medically assisted drug treatment from the facility.”
